The refund policy for new purchases is covered under a 30-day money-back guarantee, ensuring a full refund if you are not satisfied with the services provided. In the event of client dissatisfaction, a refund may be issued within 30 working days, processed either as a service credit or direct bank deposit to the client’s designated account.

Clients are advised to carefully review and understand the refund terms outlined below. These provisions ensure transparency, uphold service integrity, and protect both client and company interests. While we strive to deliver exceptional quality aligned with client expectations, KZ Solutions LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after internal evaluation.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to new purchases. Refunds, once approved, will be reimbursed via the original payment method or as service credit, depending on the agreed reimbursement format. The Accounting Department processes all approved refunds within 30 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds are only processed to the original payment source used during the transaction. All claims must include documented proof, relevant account details, and a valid reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds and cancellations are applicable only under the following specific conditions:


1. Non-Delivery of Product or Service

If a deliverable is not received due to technical issues (e.g., failure of client’s email provider, mail server, or system malfunction), clients must notify Billing Support in writing within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
If no claim is submitted within that timeframe, the service will be deemed successfully delivered and accepted.


2. Downloading or Access Issues

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing a purchased file or deliverable, report the issue promptly to our Technical Support Team.
Failure to report access problems within 30 days of delivery will void eligibility for a refund related to download or access failures.


3. Significant Defects or Technical Errors

Although all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance, unforeseen technical issues may occasionally occur.
Clients must report such issues immediately to our Technical Support Team for review.
KZ Solutions LLC reserves the right to rectify the defect within 72 hours of the initial complaint.
If the issue remains unresolved after this period and is verified as a defect, the client may receive a full refund or replacement service of equal or similar value.
In some cases, our team may require temporary access to your server or hosting environment to resolve the issue. Delays in providing access may delay or nullify the refund process.


4. Product or Service Not as Described

If the delivered product or service materially differs from the agreed specifications, you must report it within 30 days of delivery, with clear evidence supporting your claim.
Refund claims based solely on personal dissatisfaction or subjective preference, without verifiable proof, will not be considered valid.


5. Children Policy

Only individuals aged 18 years or older may purchase or engage with services offered by KZ Solutions LLC.
Our services are not intended for users under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you suspect that a child has submitted personal data via our platform, contact us immediately. Upon confirmation, such data will be deleted, and any related transactions will be cancelled promptly.
